AWAKENING 2025 We have been living in times of AMNESIA of the essence of who we are, believing that the world we have created, with structures that thrive on the importance of growth, consumerism and productivity will make us powerful and happy. But instead we have created a world that feeds a complete disconnect to our bodies, and it has left us with a huge sense of SPIRITUAL LACK and UNFULFILMENT as we realise the detriment that modern civilisation has created to our environmental, social and spiritual needs. There are now countless medicines being prescribed as people desperately look for quick fix ways to keep productive, functioning and well whilst the stress of our modern world takes it toll on our bodies and hearts. But what if a combination of movement, sound, meditation, enquiry and conscious communion was actually the REAL MEDICINE we need right now to reclaim our humanity and bring us back into alignment with our FEELING bodies? AWAKENING IS A CRASH COURSE OF SOUL MEDICINE FOR THESE TIMES. When we make the journey to connect with our bodies, our chakras, FEELINGS and the power that they offer, we become EMBODIED beings with an EMPOWERED AND TRANSFORMED sense of belonging and purpose. And that's all before we add the power of MOVEMENT, and unblocking stagnancy and stuckness. She is a trained life coach, bodyworker, is well learned in the cosmic realm of Astrology and is passionate about holding creative healing spaces for people ready to rise up in the opportunity of these times to claim back our heart-led conscious humanity from our colonialised and patriarchal patterns. After holding meditation spaces for a number of years, in 2009 she instilled her classes and events with movement journeys after discovering movement/ecstatic dance as a powerful healing tool and undertaking an intensive number of workshops under various teachers of 5Rhythms, Soul Motion, Movement Medicine. She uses sacred cacao as a medicine to bring softer heart spaces, and guides individuls and groups through transformative processes with embodiment practices and the return back to ceremony that our souls are so thirsty for right now.
