What to Expect You will have an access-all-area pass to go behind the scenes of our winery, distillery and production areas while learning a bit about the Estate and grounds while enjoying some tastes and tipples along the way. Your experience will begin with a sample tasting of our Branchage cider a tour of the vineyards and introduction to the history of the estate while enjoying the breathtaking views. In the Winery you will have the opportunity to sample three of our wines including our award-winning red wine and learn about the life of a Jersey vine throughout the year from grape to glass. Enjoy a sneak peek of our bottling room - where the drinks come to life - and sample our IWSC Silver Award-Winning Branchage Prestige Sparkling Dry Méthode Traditionnelle Fine Cider. Next you'll visit the estate’s authentic Cognac-Style Distillery and learn the secrets behind our artisanal spirits. From Jersey Royal Vodka to our signature Gin and Jersey Apple Brandy, watch the intricate distillation process that makes our spirits exceptional. Step behind the scenes in their production kitchens, where the magic is crafted. See skilled artisans make authentic Jersey fudge, biscuits, and preserves, including Jersey Black Butter. Watch the chocolatier in action and indulge in samples including a shot of our Jersey Cream Liqueur in a delicious Chocolate Tasting Cup. Gift Shop & Café: End your tour with a visit to the delightful gift shop. Explore a range of excellent products, perfect for taking a piece of La Mare home. Our welcoming café is open daily until 5pm (last orders at 4:30pm), offering a charming place to unwind and enjoy more of the estate’s delights. On event days, the café may close earlier, so it’s best to call ahead to confirm.
