Each chakra connects specifically to life initiations and holds a realm of stories around it that you may have acquired in this lifetime. My intention is that by the end of this course you will have a greater sense of empowerment that comes reconnecting with and inhabiting the body and its sacred energy spirals on a deeper and more expansive level than you have done before. . Through the embodiment practices, sacred circle and heartfelt exploration, you will descend down into the power that lies within—the ability to CREATE, to FEEL deeply, to awaken your DREAMS and to embrace your AUTHENTIC self. Tuesday 4th February: 18.30 til 21.30 - 3rd Chakra "SOLAR AWAKENING" Manipura/Confidence/Personal Power/ Fire: The Solar Plexus Chakra. A journey into our sense of self-esteem, self-confidence and self-respect. Shining the light on your sense of core strength and self value. .
