*Unfortunately we are unable to host our usual full moon rise event this February* According to The Old Farmers' Almanac the full moon in February was dubbed the "Snow Moon" because of the heavy snow that would fall at this time of year. It is also known as the Storm or Hunger Moon. **** Moonrise 17.07 Sunset 17.24 **** Jupiter, Mars and Saturn should be visible on a clear night. Don't forget your binoculars, warm clothing, a blanket and a hot drink! For the swimmers ...high tide is at 18.51 and a massive 10.3m For the hungry ...
