Designed for absolute beginners to yoga, this course is perfect for anyone who’s wanted to give yoga or calm practice a go. These classes will be slow pace with lots of guidance and all props and equipment provided. In this class we will move, explore the philosophy of yoga and reflect in a cosy Savasana. The 5 week course the begins Sun 12th Jan but sessions can be dropped in and out of.
