What are the SMART learning outcomes for the course? Specific- You will receive a certificate in Level 2 Food Safety. Measurable- This course delivered by an accredited Level 2 Food Safety trainer who will test your understanding throughout the course. Achievable- During the session your knowledge will be repeatedly checked to ensure information is embedded. Relevant- This course is for anyone who deals with food as part of their role, including buying, handling, preparing or serving. Time-Bound - Certification is valid for 3 years.
