Why should you attend? To learn or refresh existing knowledge on cannulation, blood sampling and IV drug administration. To enable staff to insert cannulas, take blood tests and administer intravenous medications. What skills will you take away? Theory and practice relating to the above skills. Demonstrations and practice of skills. Delivery of teaching by an experienced registered nurse who is able to advise, support and inform trainees. What are the SMART learning outcomes for the course?
