HCS Stoves & Range Cookers welcomes you to join Trizia from Trizia's Italian Kitchen and Chris from Binney & Boarder for an AGA spring supper masterclass. Join us on Tuesday 2nd April at 18:30 in our showroom for a social and educational cooking experience. Learn how to create delicious winter dishes with passionate AGA enthusiasts Trizia and Chris. Get hands-on experience and tips to impress your friends and family gathered around the AGA. Enhance your cooking skills and enjoy a welcoming evening of good food in good company. The evening includes live demos on the AGA eR3 as your chefs cover the basic rules and benefits of AGAs before the dishes are laid out for you to enjoy while you chat with Trizia and Chris surrounded by other members of Jersey's passionate AGA community, sharing tips and tricks. This event is for all AGA lovers; for the experienced users, for the AGA curious, and for those looking to better understand new electric AGAs. It is also relevant for owners of older oil and multifuel models. Example winter menu (spring menu to follow): Slow cooked curry with AGA rice, seasonal pie, meringues, winter pavlova. All the AGA recipes on the night will use local and seasonal ingredients (from Anneville Organic Farm where possible) and be cooked in front of you on the AGA eR3. This 2 hour event includes the live demo, Q&A, food and drink. Please advise us of any allergies when booking. Plus 10% off any AGA Cookware & Textiles and Le Creuset cookware bought on the day.
