Natural Environment's Land Resource Management (LRM) Team are looking for volunteers to help with the hands-on removal of the invasive plant 'tree lupin' from the five mile road. Tree lupin (Lupinus arboreus) outcompetes native plants and as is Nitorgen fixing, whic means it can rapidly change our sand dune habitat. Volunteers will cut and dig out the Tree Lupin to allow space for native plants to re-establish. Please wear appropriate clothing suitable for outdoor activities. If you have gardening gloves, bring them along otherwise colleagues from LRM will provide additional gloves and other necessary equipment. Nearest facilities and toilets are at Le Braye Carpark.
