Visit Jersey's vineyard and go behind the scenes of their winery, distillery and production kitchens. You'll discover La Mare Wine Estate's sustainable field-to-glass story while enjoying tastings of our internationally recognised award-winning red, white and rosé wines and Genuine Jersey produce. During the tastings, the knowledgeable guide will talk you through the different wines, explaining the grape varieties used and the winemaking process. You'll see the Alembic Charentais Cognac Still where all of our signature spirits are crafted by their expert artisans using local produce, including Jersey Royal Potatoes and Jersey Cream. You'll also have the opportunity to try a taste of Apple Brandy Cream Liqueur in chocolate toasting cups and the estate’s homemade chocolate, fudge and Jersey Black Butter. The Premium Experience includes a full size spirit with mixer + nibbles to enjoy in the garden room overlooking their beautiful gardens or outside in the courtyard. Children are also welcome. They will receive an apple juice, and activity pack. There's also a children's outdoor playground and Treasure Trail to keep them amused. As a Green Venue we recommend sustainable and responsible travel and suggest you take advantage of the regular bus service which stops right outside the estate
