Pranayama (concious breathing practices) will awaken the power of your breath, and Dharana/Dhyana (one pointed focus/meditation) will help you achieve focused mindfulness and stillness. Take this moment to step into a meditative flow, reconnect with yourself, and embrace yoga in its traditional essence. Open to all levels, please bring a yoga mat for practice.
