Join us for a little introduction to QHHT and a group regression in a light hypnotic state consisting of: 1. Past Life Regression 2. Meeting Your Guide/Guardian Angel QHHT (quantum healing hypnosis technique) developed and mastered by Dolores Cannon is an amazing journey of our consciousness allowing us to access our Subconscious, the inner part of ourselves that holds all the answers and got an unlimited healing power. Please note the workshop experience differs to 1:1 QHHT sessions as those are done in a deep Theta state which is not possible in a group setting. All is absolutely safe and you will still be aware, nothing like the stage hypnotists do Not suitable for individuals with schizophrenia/psychosis and similar. Location: In person at the Bridge, St Helier (Training Room upstairs). We will be sitting on chairs but if you prefer to lie down you can bring a yoga mat. Please bring a pen and notepad with you and avoid caffeine before the event.
