The Jersey Heart Support Group has started a support group for individuals, family, or friends affected by cardiac issues.
It is a relaxed evening with the opportunity to talk to those on their cardiac journey. If we can't give you the answers you are looking for, we will endeavour to find these answers for you. Tea and coffee will be available on the night.
