Taught in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, Karen will take participants through meditation, breathing techniques, stretching, flexibility and gentle flows. This introductory workshop provides the perfect chance to bring some calm and relaxation to your day. Designed for those 45 years and over but open to all.
