6 sessions Our popular Yoga course is back! Join Karen Le Mottee for a course that will start you on your Yoga journey. This course will take you through meditation, breathing techniques, stretching, flexibility and gentle flows. Taught in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, this course provides the perfect chance to bring some calm and relaxation to your day. Designed for those 45 years and over, but open to all. Some specialised equipment will be provided, but participants will need to bring their own Yoga mat. Namaste!
