4. User-Submitted Content (If Applicable)

If the Site allows users to submit content, such as Event details or reviews ("User Content"):

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.
By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use your User Content in the manner contemplated by the Site and these Terms.

Event Accuracy: We are not the organizers of the Events listed on the Site unless explicitly stated. We do not verify the accuracy of all Event details provided by third parties and are not responsible for cancellations, changes, or inaccuracies in Event listings. You should always verify Event details directly with the organizer before attending.
Assumption of Risk: Attendance at any Event listed on the Site is at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred at or in connection with any Event.

10. Governing Law
